A few days ago, I noticed a bump on my buttocks that felt like the "butt pimples" I get once in a while. However, since then it has gotten significantly more painful. It is now larger (about the size of a quarter), hard, and hurts so much it is difficult to sit down. It almost burns. There does not appear to be a white head. A friend of mine suggested that it might be a sabecous cyst. I do not have medical insurance and do not want to be dragged through all sorts of tests that I will have to pay cash for because I don't have it (graduate school is expensive ).
