in may, i was trying to lift weights over my head when i found out i had too much weight on the bar. the person who was suppose to help me if i was in trouble did not lift up the weight in time and i think this is where my problem started. my elbow sort of popped i guess, but i felt no pain in my elbow that day. there was no swelling, but every time i do a push-up or some activity that puts stress on that elbow, i feel a ligament or something move around. it slides over a bone or something, then moves back to its original position when the stress is relieved, but there is no pain when that happens. it sort of feels weird because i can feel the ligament move around. i still have that problem today and i was wondering if i could receive some feedback on what is wrong with my elbow and what i should do about it. do i need surgery?
